Sushi Chef

Bryan Daniels

Owner & Head Chef

Hailing from the Pacific Northwest region, I was born and raised in Seattle, WA. Renowned for its flourishing seafood markets, eclectic restaurants and landmarks such as the iconic Space Needle and historic Pike Place Market, it’s not surprising that Seattle’s thriving sushi scene would one day become my passion.

Once I relocated to Atlanta, GA I began my journey to becoming a sushi chef.  My first taste of culinary experience came from working at RA Sushi Atlanta (2014-2017). During my time there I was fortunate to have two sushi chef mentors, in particular, who took me under their wing. Under the tutelage of Chef David Lam, I was given my first opportunity to learn the art of sushi making. Along with Chef Evi Lopez, who assisted me with honing in my culinary skills.

After spending 10+ years in the hospitality industry, I felt I had gained enough experience to venture out on my own. So I decided to bring the sushi restaurant to you. As a highly motivated entrepenuer, it was important for me to create my own lane.

I truly enjoy engaging with guests, introducing people to sushi, making strong connections with my clients, and creating incredible sushi related dishes while infusing my own flare. For me, sushi is not simply a menu choice, but a profession, a passion, and an art form. With an eye for detail, I am committed to ensuring a unique dining experience for every guest & every palate.
