This service ensures that Chef Bryan Daniels will be present during your event to prepare food on-site!

Recommended Menu Structure:
3-4 Appetizers
4-5 Sushi Rolls
Optional: Dessert

Multiple quantities will be produced of each menu selection, based on the confirmed group size.
How many rolls will be provided per selection?
Typically, anywhere between 2-4 sushi rolls (16-32 pieces)
per selection, will be served. However, portioning will be monitored in order to ensure menu balance.
