Wow! We cannot say enough great things about chef Bryan and his services! We used him for a birthday and he came in so professional and friendly! He made his set up look so easy and before we knew it the most delicious appetizers were being served! He was very interactive with the group constantly throwing in jokes and his display of all of his food was incredible! He had plentyyyy of food for everyone! He was so easy to work with leading up to our event! By the time he left we all had felt like we had a new friend! I cannot recommend him enough, we will for sure be using him again in the near future!!!

Yummmm! If you truely LOVE sushi and also want the experience look no further! I got sushi for lunch and just had to share. So i host a girls sushi night and it was the best.! Everyone loved it. The his diverse menu everyone was pleased! I will be host another one soon!

Bryan was simply Phenomenal. Super quick responses when I placed my initial inquiry, and that continued all the way up until my actual event. He was so accommodating with changes I made along the way, and a real joy to work with. The menu was far more extensive than I expected, and the experience was worth every penny. He brought the equipment and condiments and some really good jokes too. It felt like family was in my home. He left the kitchen spotless and all stomachs full, with plenty of leftovers

I booked Chef Daniels to cater a dinner on a bachelorette party, and he was truly the highlight of the weekend. Prior to the event, Bryan was easy to communicate with and provided expertise in picking out the perfect menu. The night of the event, his services far exceeded my expectations! We had the pleasure of collaborating with Bryan for our 1st G5 Brand Event. This was a great experience! We had a group of 20 that learned about the history of sushi and how to make their own California Rolls. We had a great time. We were highly impressed with Bryans ability to keep the group under control, teach them, & entertain them as a group and individually. We look forward to working together again in the future.

The whole booking process was seamless, and he was very accommodating. He showed up super prepared and in no time, got everything ready for the sushi class.
The stations he set up were fun and easy to use and his instructions were easy to follow. He then prepared our dinner which was an amazing salad, miso soup and 4 different sushi rolls. I told him I liked Eel and he brought plenty.
Everything was fresh and delicious! Chef Daniels is professional, entertaining and funny and had my girlfriends and I rolling! We will definitely be booking him in the future!"

Amazing experience! I attended a sushi making class with Chef Bryan as part of a community event at my apartment complex. Not only was he knowledgeable on sushi making, but he made the whole experience so much fun! He's also really funny, so if you're not the best sushi maker, there's no need to feel intimidated around him.
